Tweedlecoate Press is a hybrid publisher which produces predominantly paperbacks and ebooks for both online and physical bookshops.
All books in all formats carry a Neilson assigned 13-digit ISBN and can be sourced from Gardners.
All our books are subject to a 50% trade discount (unless the author requests differently).
We maintain a network of independent bookshops across the UK who receive our monthly Advance Information updates. If you would like to be included, and are not already, please do contact us via email or use the form below to request inclusion on our distribution list.
Active marketing. All our books are promoted through our own website, the author’s page we provide for them and social media. In addition, we guide our authors towards the local media such as radio, newspapers and author signings in their local bookshop or other venues, as appropriate. We help with obtaining robust and genuine reviews which will aid sales.
All our books have individually designed covers to make them stand out as representatives of their genre - from spine to front to back to inside to till.
All our books are realistically priced for sale. Our authors receive generous royalties but we are mindful that the object of a book is to sell it to a reader.
If you wish to feature a local author in a display, we can provide a design file on request and free of charge for you to print out posters or flyers. We also provide the author with a few ready printed posters for this purpose. It all helps to make sales.
Advance Information Updates
Our updates often contain items which can be freely used in your own newsletter as well as notifications of our upcoming titles.
This is also a useful way of identifying local authors before they bounce unannounced into the shop… although we do encourage our authors to make an appointment with you first.
We ask for your business website so we can get a better understanding of you and your business.
We ask for your location to make sure that authors in your area know to find you and so we can recommend your store when we're asked.
